There's no place like HOMEcoming

The Salem High School (SHS) Student Council is sponsoring the annual SHS Homecoming Parade, the parade is scheduled for Saturday Oct. 22 at 10:45 a.m.  This year the Homecoming theme is "There's No Place Like HOMEcoming," based on the works of L. Frank Baum, The Wonderful Wizard of OZ, books and the classic Wizard of Oz movie.

Alumni, community organizations, local businesses, and other high school organizations are invited to join in the festivities.

The annual school spirit revelry gets started with the parade in downtown Salem that starts just past the 49 Deli Market on West Broadway. The Salem High School marching band, along with school floats, cheerleaders, homecoming court and more are expected to parade along a stretch of Broadway, headed east, in a spectacle expected to be loud, fun and a show of Salem RAM pride.

The parade will be followed by the annual Homecoming football game at noon, where the Salem Rams take on Pennsville Memorial Eagles; and, the annual Homecoming dance on Saturday night.

We hope to see everyone at the parade and at the homecoming football game where the Salem Rams take on the Pennsville Eagles for an Ozsome Homecoming Game, because There's No Place Like Homecoming at Salem High School!
